Cancer Research UK and the Glasgow Carol Concert Committee are delighted to announce that our biennial Christmas Carol Concert is returning to the glorious setting of Glasgow Cathedral on Thursday 7th December 2017.
This is a magical evening for colleagues, friends and families alike. All proceeds from the event will go directly towards Cancer Research UK’s life-saving research in Scotland.
The concert will be filled with popular congregational carols, inspirational readings from a host of famous faces and stunning musical performances.
The Glasgow Christmas Carol Concert will feature a number of outstanding performers and readers, including Janice Forsyth, Juliet Cadzow and the Duke of Gloucester. Also singing will be Arthur Johnstone, Brian McAlpine and choirs from The High School of Glasgow and Erskine Stewart’s Melville School.
The whole event will be hosted by the fabulous Jackie Bird and there will be a wine & mince pies reception following the concert.
We hope you will be able to join us for this special evening.
